Glory John is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with nearly a decade of advanced practice experience and a clinical background spanning rheumatology, primary care, and critical care nursing across three countries. She brings a globally informed perspective and a deep commitment to patient education, individualized care, and long-term disease management.

Ms. John has been part of the Florida Arthritis & Rheumatism team since 2021, where she evaluates and manages patients with a wide range of rheumatological conditions. In addition to her clinical role, she oversees daily operations of the infusion suite, monitors patients on DMARDs and biologic therapies, and serves as a clinical preceptor — mentoring the next generation of advanced practice providers.

CLINICAL EXPERTISE

Ms. John specializes in the comprehensive evaluation and treatment of rheumatological and autoimmune conditions. Her scope of practice includes complete health assessments, diagnostic workups, individualized treatment planning, and close monitoring for medication-related toxicities in patients on disease-modifying and biologic therapies. She works collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team to deliver coordinated, patient-centered care.

BACKGROUND

Before transitioning to advanced practice, Ms. John built a strong foundation as a critical care RN, with over a decade of ICU experience at Rockledge Regional Medical Center and prior experience in a Cardiac Surgery Unit at Manchester Royal Infirmary in the United Kingdom — where she cared for patients on mechanical ventilators, intra-aortic balloon pumps, and temporary pacemakers.
