Bailey Gogia is a certified Physician Assistant who completed her clinical training in rheumatology directly with Central Florida Rheumatology Consultants — making her a natural fit for the team she trained alongside. She earned her Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies from Harding University in Searcy, Arkansas, and her Bachelor of Science in Biology from the University of Charleston, West Virginia.

Before entering advanced practice, Bailey worked as a Lab Assistant and Phlebotomist at Veterans Park Lab in Naples, Florida, where she developed a strong foundation in patient interaction, specimen collection, and laboratory operations.

Bailey's graduate research focused on adolescent hypertension education — assessing the impact of targeted educational interventions on health knowledge in young patients. She also presented original research on treatment options for atrial fibrillation during her undergraduate studies.
