What do I need to bring with me for a scheduled office appointment?

Your medical file is handled with the utmost respect for your privacy. Our staff is bound by strict confidentiality requirements as a condition of employment regarding your medical records. Ordinarily we will not release the contents of your medical file without your consent.
How do I reschedule my appointment?
If you need to reschedule your appointment for any reason, please call our office at (386) 456-0300 (Orange City FL) or (407) 268-3660 (Lake Mary FL).
We appreciate a call at least one week prior to your new patient visit if your plans change for any reason.
What should I expect during first visit?
During your initial visit, the doctor will ask you to explain your symptoms in more detail and you will be required to go through a physical examination.
Based on your answers and the findings from the examination, your rheumatologist may order more diagnostic tests for e.g. blood tests or X-rays or other imaging.
